8" finished block... for each block.
Please note the pieces cannot be fan-folded, unless you use a fabric like homespun, batiks which is the same on both sides or unless you want some blocks to be "mirrors" the others.
You can even alternate the block with Storm at Sea (6290) as they are both 8" finished blocks, so no math involved!
With this die's layout, it is easy to line up directional prints like strips which will enhance the interwoven look of the block
To save a bit of fabric, cut a small rectangle to fit over the "A" peice in the same direction as "B". There are two dies like this, but with different layouts.

Cuts 6 layers of 100% cotton (recommended), although it can cut up to 8 layers occasionally. Especially with strip cutters as they have no stress on the blades.
