This makes an 8" block, which when put with 3 others, makes a complete 16" star block. Please see the illustration.

Cuts 6 layers of 100% cotton (recommended)
We have changed the layout of the die to prevent the inner bias from not causing a "wave" when sewn to the diamond shapes.
The die needs a cutter that can use at least a 10" wide die. Not the cutters with a 6 inch opening, we have a smaller 8 inch finished block available in the 6" x 12" dies
