This is not quite your usual grandmother's fan, the Art Deco look lends itself to vintage fabrics. This is our interpretation of the classic block of the same name, also called Empress
All parts on two dies, needs a cutter with at least a 10" opening.
There are three "petals" that can be fan folded to pick out tones... mix and match with others around your project.
Unlike the single die, (6982) this die set requires you to make Y seam to finish. It really is easy, and instructions will be included with the pattern.
Uses a 10" x 15" cutting mat (2015) INCLUDED !
Cuts 6 layers of 100% cotton (recommended), although it can cut 8 layers occasionally.
